Roy, did an outstanding job on my 2015 Infiniti Q70s. I have received so many compliments for the red paint on the brake calipers and how they make my vehicle stand out more. Thank you Roy for such superb work.

**⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** I recently brought my Tesla Model X to Paint Defender, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! Ken, the owner, assisted me personally and provided absolutely phenomenal service from start to finish. The team, which is phenomenal, performed a front-end wrap, applied a ceramic coating, and added glass protection to my car. The results are nothing short of fantastic—my vehicle looks absolutely flawless! What really stood out to me was how incredibly detail-oriented Ken and his team were. You can tell they take real pride in their craft and treat every vehicle as if it were their own. Beyond the impeccable work, the entire crew was super friendly and communicative. They completed the job exactly on time, and it was a genuinely great value for the top-tier quality of the work. If you are looking to protect your vehicle and want it handled by a trustworthy, meticulous team, Paint Defender is the place to go. Thank you, Ken!

I highly recommend Paint Defenders of Alabama for anyone looking for exceptional service and high-quality craftsmanship. After contacting over five local shops, I chose Paint Defenders, and I am very glad I did. What set them apart from the start was their outstanding website, which provided clear, transparent information on product options and pricing. When I brought my truck in, the owner, Ken, was fantastic. He took the time to explain the entire process from start to finish and helped me select the right XPEL tint for my specific needs. The XPEL tint product is highly rated and comes with a limited lifetime warranty for added peace of mind. They also offer a 15% discount for military and first responders, which is a big plus. I had my driver and front passenger side windows tinted with their XR Heat Blocking film to help manage the heat during the summer months; I was so pleased with the results that I brought my wife’s car in to be tinted the following week. If you are looking for a team of true professionals who genuinely care about the quality of their work, look no further than Paint Defenders of Alabama.

Update: Ken was very understanding and easy to work with. They have a new tint installer who even though has never tinted a C5 before, did much better on the back glass than the previous installer. Ken stands behind his works, even a year later. I really wanted to like this place because the prices are great and the owner is a veteran and super nice. However, they did a terrible tint job that I need to have redone, I just don’t have a lot of time to drive from Bham again. The tint was hand cut and very poorly, because what the installer was computer cutting was wrong according to the installer. The installer worked extremely dirty. All three windows have a ton of debris and bubbles in them. It’s been a year so I really need to have it fixed.

Owner is very knowledgeable on paint protectors and window tints. The customer lounge was very clean and comfortable with water and coffee. The restroom was very clean. We were shown applications progress. All the employees got along and had very good attitudes about their work. The wait wasn't too long. Just an overall excellent experience. Would recommend to everyone.
